Healthcare Employee Training

Active Shooter

The Metropolitan Healthcare Security Director Association has produced a unique two module training program utilized nationally by healthcare organizations in order to prepare their front-line personnel, mid-level manager and executive staff to respond appropriately and effectively before, during, and after an active shooter incident. The videos, which feature several renowned experts and individuals with first-hand hospital shooting experience, promote a unified training concept that is compelling and richly educational.

Vendor Employee Competency

The Metropolitan Healthcare Security Director Association announces it is now the exclusive Distributor for National Healthcare ED and Calhoun Community College, offering the online program “Priority One-Competency Training for Healthcare Vendor Employees” in New York.
